You asked for my fitness routine from my fat loss video. Here is Day 1 which works your legs, chest, biceps and abs. Day 2 will be up soon. I followed a 2-day split and did each exercise 15-20 reps, 3 sets. To warm up, I would run to the gym most days which was about 15 minutes or 1.6 miles. I would also do Yoga 1-2 times a week. 3 days a week of cardio (40-50 minutes running, intervals). I did strength training 2-4 days a week.
