How to Set Goals -- http://www.noahammond.com Today, we are going to be talking about how to set goals effectively.

I see a lot of people making a common blunder and I wanted to spread some awareness about. This common problem that I see is that some people set their goals in the future. They set their goals as if they are things that they will have and that they will strive for later at the appropriate time

The Appropriate Time is Now!

Say, you want to make ten thousand dollars a month, but you are eighteen years old and for some reason you have a belief that an eighteen-year old cannot make that kind of money. So, you say:

"Oh, when I am twenty-five I would like to be making ten thousand dollars per month."

What you are doing is essentially, shooting yourself in the foot by telling the universe and yourself that you cannot have something right now. That it has to WAIT.

So, you won't be looking for the opportunities. You won't be taking the actions. You won't have the open awareness to receive your desires now.

The real awareness that I want to bring to this is that if you are setting your goals in the future, it comes down to a lack of self-worth, belief, and clarity.

If you checked out my Instant Achievement Blueprint, you know the Second Chapter is on goal-setting. It talks about all the POWERFUL ways to set your goals, to do it in the present, in the positive chance of the already having.

It talks about statements and the ways to work with the languaging in order to get it in line with your sub-conscious, conscious, and spiritual minds. It talks about how to craft powerful goals that actually increase your momentum and get you moving towards them right here, right now!

If you haven't checked that out, I invite you to go check that out.

But, the awareness I want to give you if you are currently setting your goals is that if you see that you are setting goals in the future, it means that you are unclear or that you do not believe in yourself. You do not feel that you have the self-worth to have the goal NOW.

What I would invite you to do, when you see that your goals are being set for another date, somewhere later (later is never by the way), ask yourself:

"OK, what do I want right now? What would make me SO happy right now?"

Decide what that is and write that as your goal instead.

It is SO much more powerful than setting some kind of "future expectation" that's going to happen based upon some "illusionary event" like having something that you feel needs to come before your goal.

Another thing that I would invite you to look at is whether or not you are limiting yourself. Are you limiting yourself? Do you believe that you are not the person who deserves that thing?

I would invite you to be aware of those two things and that should really EMPOWER your goals for the here and now, for the ability to actually achieve them.

If you are really into goal-setting and achievement, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend my e-book and system for goal-setting and achievement called The Instant Achievement Blueprint.

It's a simple five-step system that takes you from aligning with your sub-conscious and conscious mind, getting yourself in total alignment, to setting your goals powerfully, to creating accountability necessary to achieve your goals, to quick implementation on how you can start achieving today, and finally, to reflect powerfully to make the proper adjustments and cycles back through the entire system.

It's a never-ending system that keeps your life progressing POWERFULLY.

It has changed my life. It has changed hundreds of people's lives who bought it. So, I really invite you to go check that out if goal-setting and achievement is something you are interested in. You can get it on http://www.instantachievementblueprin....
