CrossFit Gwinnett Put 6 minutes on the clock.
- Start by doing two squat cleans (must be full depth and hip open fully stood up at the top.
- Now for the next 3 minutes do as many reps of BURPEES as possible with 2 squat cleans at 1 minute and 2 minute time marks.
(So the first three minutes look like this: 2 SC, burpees, at the 1 minute mark 2 SC's, burpees, at the 2 minute mark 2 SCs. )
At the 3 minute mark you will swap from AMRAP burpees to AMRAP squat cleans with 2 burpeesat the 3, 4, & 5 minute marks.
