In early 1944 Frank Lloyd Wright produced a design of a second house for the Jacobs family, based on the semicircle. This was the first of many buildings Wright designed based on the circle. It was also a pioneer in passive solar design. This footage was shot in 1992 when Katherine Jacobs, the original owner who commissioned the house, visited with some former apprentices from Taliesin School of Architecture.
