Sponsored by the U.S. Embassy of Thailand, this performance is created specially to celebrate Daniel Pearl World Music Days, an international network of concerts that use the power of music to promote tolerance and inspire respect for differences. This performance is part of Dance the World in One Day (DWOD 2011) presenting at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, Bangkok, Thailand.

Daniel Pearl (October 10, 1963 -- February 1, 2002) was an American journalist who was kidnapped and killed by Al-Qaeda while serving as the South Asia Bureau Chief of the Wall Street Journal in 2002.

Performers are Tim Fournier (Tap), Carla Rivera (Flamenco), Akash Gulati (Bollywood), Kewalin Sukapiboon - Ben Lepp (Swing), Apple - Michael Belmonte (NY Salsa).
