HTC VIVE Wobble/Jitter problem. Screen is being distorted with movement, without moving the headset or the controller. As you can see, it's lying on a small flat table, without getting vibrations or input.
Tried:
- Removing reflection out of the room. Covered ceiling, floor and objects with non reflective material
- Changed USB port (2.0 to 3.0 or vice versa)
- Tighten the Light Houses more to the mount, and the mount to the wall.
- Only used one light house for tracking, both give me the same results.
- Disabled all enhancements in steamvr settings, including camera mode and bluetooth.
- Checked all the cables, in the media box and headset.
- Swap Master and slave (A to B) I'm using sync cable, due to low ceiling.
- Latest firmware updates
- AMD beta 16.4.2
Unfortunately without any results.
Is this screen distortion normal for the first generation of VR-lighthouse-tracking headsets? Or is my Vive probably defective?
