This uses gource to visualize Bioconductor development from November, 2014 until April, 2015. The graph represents the files and directory structure within the Bioconductor SVN development branch. The "flying" people with names are individuals making commits to the repository. Large "blooms" of the graph often represent new packages being added to Bioconductor. The central node, obviously present later in the video, represents the Bioconductor SVN development branch root directory.
