Back in 2009 I experimented with raw foodism. It started as a 30 day challenge and I fell in love with it enough to keep at it for nearly a year. A common question I got was "What do you eat" I could easily tell you guys what you can google yourself but instead I decided to pull out a page from my food journal to share with you.
