Zippy at the Compound

I actually shot this on betamax in 1980 at "The Compound" which was on 16th street in San Francisco. "The Compound" was a Punk Rock Shopping Mall. Many items were available including good coffee. A friend of mine was playing Zippy at the time and made an appearance with Bill Griffith. Bill had just recently syndicated Zippy with the San Francisco Examiner newspaper. Some of the characters present on that day were well known on the scene at the time.
