King Brand Support Tape is a Medical Grade Tape that has been designed for use during physical activity, work and in between other therapies such as ColdCure and BFST Wrap treatments.

Prior to using the support tape ensure that the skin is clean, dry and oil free. For application to the foot for Plantar Fasciitis, start with one piece of 10 inch Support Tape. Place the tape by anchoring it at the bottom of the ball of your foot. The area right below your toes. Using about 50% stretch to the tape, pull the tape along the bottom of your foot and continue up the back of your heel and up the Achilles with less stretch. Make sure that all of the tape is touching your skin with minimal wrinkling. Take another 10 inch piece of Support Tape and anchor it on the inside of your ankle, just above your ankle bone. Stretch the tape down the side of your ankle and down the bottom of your foot to the opposite ankle bone. Take a third piece of 10 inch Support Tape and anchor it at a 60 degree angle just below the second piece of tape, and apply it around the ankle. Apply the tape with no stretch until you reach the ankle bone. Then, use full stretch to tape around the bottom of your foot and up the other side of your ankle. The tape should look the same on both sides of your ankle.

King Brand Support Tape can be worn during ColdCure Wrap Treatment without affecting the treatment. Support Tape can also be worn during the BFST Wrap treatment, however, the effectiveness of the BFST Wrap is slightly reduced by the tape.
