King Brand Tape is a medical grade tape that is designed to be worn during physical activity, at work and in between other therapies such as ColdCure and BFST treatments.

Prior to using the support tape, make sure that your skin is dry, clean and oil free. For application to support a wrist injury prepare one large piece of support tape 10 inches in length.

Place your wrist in a flexed position with your fingers pointing down. Apply the large piece of tape to the back of your hand just below the knuckles. Apply without a stretch, to the forearm, towards the elbow. Take a small piece of support tape 5 inches in length and anchor one end at one side of the wrist. Apply 25% stretch and tape around the wrist, overtop of the large piece to make a cross shape. Take a second small piece of support tape 5 inches in length and anchor it near the large piece. Apply a 25% stretch and wrap around to the other side of the large piece to create a full loop around the wrist.

King Brand Tape can be worn during ColdCure treatment, without affecting the treatment. Support tape can also be worn during the BFST Wrap treatment, however, the effectiveness of the BFST wrap treatment is slightly reduced by the tape.
