EF-12 Low End Version Released

I have released a NEW Low End Version. I have done one before but the last one I did had problems with some shaders (Fixed) . This video shows the default version and the Low End Version. You can see that the fps is much higher when I used the low end. Both of these versions were set to 1280x720

Minimum gpu is a ( Shader Model 3.0 ) Nvidia 6100 or Ati x1300 should be able to run this fine. I haven't tested this on a ( Pentium 4 cpu ) it should run good.
