This lesson contains five exercises that I try to do at least once a week. One -- out of the five -- is a mobility exercise to help you traverse the toms more effectively. The others are more 'stationary'; you'll remain either on the snare or with one hand on each tom-tom. All five exercises are highly taxing on the grip muscles.
