Tony Gentilcore is one of the world’s most respected strength and conditioning specialists, and is the co-founder/co-owner of Cressey Sports Performance in Hudson, Massachusetts (about 20 miles outside of Boston), one of the premier training facilities in North America that caters heavily to Major League Baseball and its prospects..

Tony has been working in the fitness industry for more than 15 years, and is currently the owner of CORE, his own facility in Boston, MA that serves a diverse array of clientele. He is also a frequent and coveted contributor to highly reputable publications T-Nation, Bodybuilding.com, Greatist, Men’s Fitness, STACK Magazine, Muscle and Fitness Magazine, Men's Health and Women's Health.
