The BBC’s Nancy Kacungira talks to Ghanaian expatriates Dr Theadora Pepera, a British-based consultant gynaecologist, and Clement Adu, a Netherlands-based computer specialist, about why they chose to share the skills they acquired abroad with Ghana’s depleted health sector. And she discusses with IOM Ghana’s Daniel Sam how IOM Netherland’s Temporary Return of Qualified Nationals programme helped them to make it possible.
