A coal mining company is threatening the future of the Hluhluwe - Imfolozi wilderness. If the mine goes ahead several communities will be uprooted, rivers poisoned and noise will mask rhino poaching in the park. A place, thousands of people call home, will be swallowed up by a massive coal-mine. Many are still undecided and conflicted over what to do. In 2014 we listened to and gathered stories from the Fuleni region and developed a documentary theatre production that uncovers this story and looks at alternatives.
With your help, we aim to develop this production into a radio play to reach millions - opening up exciting new spaces for dialogue and exchange.
