Everyone has the potential for true managerial leadership, whether you’re managing for the first time or have been for 15 years. Most of us have only experienced fear-based management. It’s time to replace fear with compassion and get an infinite return on our investment in our colleagues. Management can be fun, meaningful, and lucrative when we use both compassion and accountability in equal measure.
Rena DeLevie is the Chief Compassionate Officer. She is a business coach, speaker, writer and management consultant with 30 years of corporate leadership experience. She is dedicated to bringing compassion into the workplace by connecting it to accountability and sharing this approach with as many people as possible. Rena approaches business with a warm heart towards people, creativity and the process, and with a cold eye on the bottom line.
