I like plain food. Therefor, I cook plain foods. If you, like me, don't like covering your food in sauces or any of that stuff, check out how I make fish!

It's really simple, easy, and quick (make and serve your meal in 30 minutes or less!). I use an oven, but you can also make it on a grill, using the same general temperatures/cooking times.

If desired, you can also add on additional herbs/spices, just throw them on top. I don't use any, so I can't help you with any tips or pointers.

I recommend using fish either freshly bought or fresh-caught (and cleaned!), not frozen. I know if I use frozen trout I have an extremely hard time de-boning them and they sometimes come out more mushy.

This fish goes great with rice and some steamed veggies! =D
