American tenor Stephen Mark Brown, sings the last act aria "Addio Fiorito Asil" from one of his signature roles, Pinkerton, in Puccini's Madame Butterfly. He is joined by his friend, baritone Thomas Potter, singing the role of Sharpless. This final aria didn't exist in Puccini's original 1904 version, and its addition gives the cad Pinkerton his only opportunity to show any remorse at all for the havoc he has caused.
