This is the third N64 Bomberman game out of four, and man does it kick ***. To a large extent, this is what the first Bomberman 64 should have been, but it was by no means a bad game. This game has many improvements visually, aurally, and in the gameplay department.

The final N64 Bomberman we want to put up is the Japan-only Bomberman 64: Arcade Edition. We can do that in several ways, though I'm debating emulation. I've never played it before and would rather not spoil the experience, but at the same time, I've never seen it for sale on any of the Japanese game shops I've visited over the years, making me think it's almost prohibitively rare (you'd know why if you've seen some of the stuff in me and my bro's game collection. We're not exactly new to importing). We'll see (as I don't want to second-guess potential improper emulation of the game). At any rate, I won't be putting a video up for it right now.

BM64:TSA has a better story and funnier characters, not to mention the galaxy's cutest hero, Pommy, who refers to itself in third-person. The levels are imaginative, you have lots of new abilities at your disposal and you can even use Pommy as your personal partner and bodyguard. Pommy can even be controlled by a second player! However, it's one of the most uncommon U.S. N64 games sadly, which limited the number of folks who would get to play this great game. I think it's the best N64 BM game. Enjoy.
