How to Show Asterisks *** on Sudo Password in Linux
Quick tutorial on how to get password feedback showing asterisks *** when you type your Sudo password in Linux.
Works fine in Debian and Ubuntu.

Instructions:
$ sudo visudo

Find the line: Defaults env_reset
Replace with: Defaults env_reset,pwfeedback

Exit text editor

$sudo -k
$sudo echo
