Not every idea sounds as good when you repeat it outloud. While anchored near the Island of Pinel on the French side of St Martin, we noticed a barracuda that would come along and eat the left overs from our meal. We decided to video feeding the barracuda from above and in the water. Not everybody was up for the "in the water" part. Especially when they were throwing scraps just in front of your camera operator, but it did make for some nice close up teeth shots of this fairly large sized predator.

Our CailDives charters take us all over the Caribbean scuba diving, sailing, exploring remote islands where big cruise ships can't go, and yes, sometimes - feeding a barracuda, who we lovingly refer to as Barry the Barracuda.

If you would like to try a totally different vacation experience, whether you need only one cabin or a whole yacht, SailDives.com can help you design that perfect dream vacation, young or old, scuba diver or land lubber, active or relaxed, anyway you want your fun!
