A Big Thanks to Chris Commisso and Mr. H. for helping us make our music come to life! We are forever grateful and also thank you to Chuck Stroup for allowing the use of his property for this video, which was the first constructed house in our town...many know this house as the Loewen house!
This original was written last summer, so I'm very excited to share it with you all! Even though I am a very happy person, I am a huge empathizer and can feel what others go through, so when I was playing this melody on my piano, it just reminded me of someone who was going through a very difficult time in their life and reached their breaking point.....and that is how "Breaking Soul" was born. I know it is a very sad, depressing song, but is still one that I think many people can relate to at some point in their lives. I promise we have many more upbeat songs coming soon...they are all written, just working on the instrumentals! Thanks so much for letting us share our music with you! If you like our music, please feel free to Subscribe, comment, rate and share! :) :)
Sometimes we all feel afraid and alone,
While we're out searching in the great unknown.
All striving to find what's deep inside,
While others hide their breaking soul,
Their breaking soul.
We all fear to be heard,
but our voice is our only word.
We all cry out in desperate plea,
Please now Lord come fill our needs,
Hurry now cause our hearts bleed.
Don't wanna feel this pain no more.
I'm breaking down my walls and doors.
I wanna live my life again.
I'm sick and tired of playing pretend.
So make it whole, my breaking soul.
Sometimes we all just want to hide
The feelings we all have inside,
Break free from all the misery.
I just want to feel free.
My soul has so much to bare,
So please come, and make it whole.
My soul, make it whole.
I can't do it on my own.
