Those of you who like long episodes: Rejoice! Those who don't....This can count as Parts 19-23. Just watch in small segments. Youtube bookmarks your spot in longer vids.

Next time I do something like this, I'll be using shorter parts for sure. It just makes it more manageable for people to watch. So, those who REALLY LOVE long episodes, this is my parting gift.

*******SPOILERS*******

There we go. Another notch to add to the ol' belt. This was one I didn't really think would be doable, until I actually got it going. Initially, I was worried about having a strong enough dude, and how to go about conserving PP. Leppa berries were a nice surprise to find out about, and really made up for the lack of ether-finding in the early game.

Once I made it past the 4th or 5th gym, I really started to think I could do it. Despite not knowing much about anything. I really only knew a few heal spots that I should avoid. Which brings up an interesting point: Heading in, I assumed there'd be some unavoidable, story mode forced heal somewhere along the line, but we never ran into one. Just shows how much I really knew about what I was doing. That makes it BETTER, in my opinion. No nonsense. Just a pure, no healing run.

One of the patterns I noticed between this run and my Blue run was when the game becomes its hardest. The difficulty peaks early when no Pokecenters are used. Once your starter hits Level 30 or so, it seems like you're just about in the clear. He's strong enough to deal with everything around in 1 or 2 hits, and that's when they just start throwing a hundred Elixers and Max Ethers at you, it seems. If you play carefully enough and catch the game's legendary, it's really a relative cakewalk to the finish. In the Blue run, I rode Zapdos pretty well all the way through the Elite 4, and here....Well, you saw it.

Thanks to those from http://xat.com/tpxc who helped me along at a FEW points, to make sure I don't walk into a death trap. Thanks especially to Malk, Andrew, and Gubz for helping me keep this part as entertaining as possible. I think it'd have been a wee bit dull at certain points there if I was just doing it on my own. Hope you guys didn't mind their banter. Yes, they had no idea I was going to pull this kind of trickery. They just called me and I decided to start recordin'.

I'm all for trying new stuff. I went for longer episodes on this one, and I liked how it turned out, but I also recognize that turns some people away. In the future I think I'll keep them shorter. In fact, the next project for this channel I have planned kind of compromises in a very unique way. I don't know how this will work out, however, since it's something I don't think I've ever seen done. It'll be very feedback based, which is another plus. I know these last 2 I've kinda just done my own thing, but this time I'm super serial. Let me know anything you'd like to see: Nicknames for Pokes, shorter parts, longer parts, speed-up button abuse, more branches to the story....Yes, you read that right.

I'll be starting that up next weekish. Maybe sooner. I really want to test the waters, see how it goes. Think build your own story books from 12 years ago, but with Pocket Monsters.

As for further down the line? Maybe a completely blind No Pokecenter run of the Japanese Black 2 or White 2 to completely whore for views? Maybe a 4th gen No Pokecenter run? Of course, the odd Wifi battle thrown in the mix, but I think I'm mostly stepping away from those. Only battling TPXC people from now on, really. And maybe some Skype guys. No interest in playing 5th gen at the moment, especially when these new formes of crap come out.

So, thank you all for sticking around. This has been the biggest project I've ever done here, in terms of length and number of parts. I know it's been a lot to watch, and I hope you've enjoyed every second. The feedback has been phenomenal once again. I'll start having more bite-sized parts for ya next time. Until then, dudeskis.
