SYM's Wolf Classic, Cleveland CycleWerks Tha Heist and California Scooter Co.'s Babydoll are three good examples of entry-level models that get more than 70 miles per gallon, cost less than $3,700 and allow riders to more easily fit into motorcycle scenes that match their skills.
