Czechoslovakians inserted by parachute from England, killed the Reich Protector of Bohemia&Moravia, Reinhard Heydrich, in the streets of Prague, during the Anthropoid Operation (may 1942). Betrayed by two comrades and besieged at the Saint Cirile&Metodio ortodoxe church, they resisted all the german assaults before the two survivors comitted suicide. They fought bravely and they gave their young lives in the defense of a free world.

This is my sincere tribute in memoriam of Jan Kubis , Josef Gabcik, Josef Valcik, Adolf Opalka, Josef Bublik, Jan Hruby and Jaroslav Švarc.

You can visit the National Memorial to the Victims of the Heydrich Terror at Resslova 9a street, Prague

(the music is Vivaldi - Adagio In Sol Minore Per Archi E Organo ,Tomaso Albinoni)
