"Welshmen Born And Bred" - New Song for Welsh Rugby / All Welsh Sport / And All Welsh Entertainment.
Live demo video recorded by Taylor / Taylor and performed by the "Rhymney Silurian Male Choir". Song was written by senior citizen ex-coal miner Roy Phillips, A New Tredegar man, born and bred in the Rhymney Valley, His first job on leaving school at 14 was on the coal face in Elliots Colliery, New Tredegar, Roy's grandfather was killed in the same Colliery when Roy was just 5 years old,
This video paints a picture of the hard times Welsh families experienced and suffered with the closures of the Coalmines / Steelworks and Railways,
Followed by thousands of connected jobs that were lost forever, This is a Demo DVD of a small proud Nation, It features the people, the fans and celebrities of Wales, Each one as proud as the other of their Welsh history and heritage, To know how our Welsh ancestor's were forced to fight for their lives against oppression, depression and starvation, Thats what makes the Welsh proud, they fought, many died, but they won!!!!, Won so you and I can freely declare, "We are Welsh, Born And Bred"
That's what being Welsh means to us!!!!!
