VOR London's James Reinl hosts a discussion on whether prisoners should have the right to vote and whether the European Court of Human Rights should be able to trump British lawmakers. He was joined by Abhijit Pandya, from a think tank called the Centre for Democratic Studies, Juliet Lyon, director of the Prison Reform Trust, Michael Greaves party secretary of the UK Independence Party and John Hirst, a convicted killer-turned rights campaigner.
