Scott has requested this cake for his birthday cake for as long as I can remember.
2 c. flour
1 c. butter (room temp)
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Mix together until crumbly, then add
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Press into 9x13 pan and bake 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let it cool completely.
Cream cheese layer:
2 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
Mix together then fold in
1 8-oz. container cool whip
Put into fridge and let it set.
2 3.9-oz. packages of Instant Jello chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Mix until thick. Put in fridge and let it set.
1 8-oz. container Cool Whip.
