For effective weight loss these five nutrition tips MUST be followed and obeyed at all times.
1. Always make a healthy choice...no matter the circumstances
2. Avoid allergenic foods like pork, dairy, soy, gluten, eggs, nuts, the nightshade family of foods (whatever inflames your body)
3. Eat at least 1 gram per pound of body weight of protein to build muscle and burn fat by boosting your metabolism
4. Avoid Franken Foods: if your momma couldn`t recognize it, its not a real food and shouldn`t be put in your mouth. Period. Calories alone will not determine if you lose weight or not, its the quality of those calories that matter.
5. Avoid bad food in your house, if it is in your house you will eat it. Period, so get it out of there!
