ASAN Medical Center visited Cambodia and provided voluntary medical services in February, fulfilling the founder's spirit to help the needy of society.
A total of 35 medical personnel led by Prof.Jeong Jong-woo provided exquisite medical services at Kampot State Hospital.
Over three days, approximately 2,600 patients were examined, and 105 surgeries including cataract surgery, hernia surgery and benign tumor surgery were performed.
Through the voluntary medical service, Asan Medical Center has offered benevolence and love to underprivileged patients.
Furthermore, we have signed a medical cooperation partnership with the Royal University of Phnom Penh and National Pediatric Hospital.
As a result, Asan Medical Center offers a medical training program for the medical staff from the two Cambodian hospitals and hospital management and consulting services.
