www.dnr-performance.ch - Guys check out our new "movie themed" workout! THE PUNISHER _ ENJOY!!!

Inspired by the Workout-Regime from the Actors of the Movie 300, D&R will give it a try and see how theirs bodies respond to it.

1. Pullups - 25 reps
2. Deadlifts with 60 kg - 50 reps
3. Pushups - 50 reps
4. 60 cm Box jumps - 50 reps
5. Floor wipers - 50 reps
6. Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 16 kg Dumbell - 50 reps
7. Pullups - 25 reps

All exercises are done without scheduled rest between moves. This is an advanced workout! You shouldn't do it unless you are already in great shape.
