My starting weight weight was: 235.6 lbs
My current weight weight is: 226.6 lbs

My short term goals:
Go for 30 min jog with dogs everyday.
Stay strong with last weeks goals.

Drink fresh fruits and veggies for 7 days to clear out my stomach and flood my body with vitamins.
Walk more.
Prep for next week when I'll start exercising and jogging.
