This is a homemade research device for inactivating virus and bacteria. You build it yourself in 5 minutes for almost no cost. Several users can use it at once by making extra wire connections and sponges. Dampen sponges with plain water, no additives, apply to infected area with sponges on each side so current passes through infection. No claims are made for it about safety or effectiveness.
