Starting October 1, 2019, road-based commercial tour operators are responsible for securing a commercial permit to operate in areas managed by the National Park Service. Entrance fees for those tour operators also change on October 1, 2019. The National Park Service commercial use authorization (CUA) and fee programs have presented a series of webinars explaining these requirements and fees.
