1. Step forward with your right foot, leaning forward, bending at the knees and the waist. During this, raise your arms up and out to both sides, slightly bending at the elbows.

2. Step forward with your left foot, leaning backward, bending at the knees. During the transition between these two steps, lower your arms. When you step forward, have your forearms up at your chest, your right going left and below it, your left going right.

3. Repeat step one.

At this point, try doing these three moves in a row. Once you've gotten them down, move on to the next step.

4. Next, raise your left knee, bending your right knee slightly. When you raise the knee, cross your right forearm over your left, right above the knee.

5. For the rest of the dance, leave your arms at your sides. Push your left leg out behind you. Pivot on your right leg, doing a 180 degree spin to the left. During the turn, get your left leg back into the raised knee position. Step down and forward with the left leg.

6. Start steps one through four again with the other foot. Make sure to do the 180 degree spin to the right this time.
