Today, Congressman John Boehner (R-West Chester) responded to an e-mail from Gale in Eaton who expressed her concerns about the ObamaCare Legislation's 1099 mandate, which requires small businesses to submit paperwork for each vendor or individual that provides services or merchandise costing over $600. Gale is a small business owner who is worried that this useless red-tape will add an unnecessary burden to her company and limit private-sector job growth in America.
