Khasta kachori is a delicious, spicy, fried puffed pastry. Khasta Kachori is filled with spicy moong dal mixture. Khasta kachori is one of the dish you can eat for any meal! Serve them for breakfast. kachori makes a mouthwatering appetizer and can be served with, Green Chutney, and tamarind chutney. How about serving for dinner with duma loo. This is one of those recipe you make when you want to impress someone.

INGREDIENTS:
Make 12 Kachori
1 cup all purpose flour(mada or plain flour)
1/2 CUP COLD WATER
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 cup yellow moong dal
1 teaspoon coarsely grinds funnel seed
1 teaspoon coarsely grinds coriander seed
1 teaspoon red chilly flakes
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon mango powder
Pinch of asafetida (hing)
1/2 teaspoon salt or adjust to taste
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons water
Oil to deep fry
