Chris Miller--Accordion. www.bayouroots.com. We continue or I-10 tour heading east to Crowley. This version is based off my listening to Aldus Roger and Pat Savant and my little known, never-recorded mentor, Raul "Bashoot" LeBlanc. Mr. LeBlanc played the A part a bit differently than I did here. This is closer to Aldus' version. Back in the 70s and 80s, this was the "Theme Song" for Jerry Dugas' "Allons Danser" KJEF radio show that was on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM until noon. I always liked hearing that song because it meant "LunchTime" on the farm!
I am playing alone in my kitchen. My wife is fixing supper in the background! Guess it means "Supper Time" tonight. Anyhow, it is great fun to play. This goes out as a special request for Rick Reid. Lachez Les!
