This video will demonstrate how to forward ports on your D-Link router for your Alnet PC-Based DVR or NVR software. Once the port forwarding is done, we have additional videos that will demonstrate how to set up the network services on the Alnet DVR server, and test the ports to make sure that they are open. Once you have the ports opened up, you will be able to connect in to view your security cameras over the internet from an iPhone, iPad, iPod, Android device, BlackBerry or Windows Mobile PDA. If you dont have an Alnet DVR or NVR server for your home or business yet, then get a DVR Card to replace your Standalone DVR or PC Based DVR Card here: http://Platinum-CCTV.com/Alnet_DVR_Ca... or get an NVR software that will allow you to record from your IP cameras here: http://Platinum-CCTV.com/Alnet_Netsta...
