John's P90X Workout Results and Transformation

After reaching 225 lbs., I decided it was time to lose some weight. I attempted P90X in February, 2011, but I only did 2 days before quitting. I started running to lose weight in August, 2011, but my knees were pretty banged up after a month, so I decided there had to be a better way to lose the weight. I was skeptical about P90X, but I thought I would give it a chance to see if it could get me in the best shape of my life.

I followed the workout and diet plan very closely, modifying my calorie goals based on the recommendations at www.livestrong.com. I had great success, and I am going to be competing in the Arnold Sports Festival Pump and Run this March 4, 2012. Please feel free to contact me if I can assist you in reaching your fitness goals. If you work hard and commit, you can succeed, too.
