I use the law of reciprocal innervation to my advantage when I train both groups. Not seen in the video (cause of the camera angle) is the various grips I installed to do my back and also footage of my other back workout rope pull ups, heavy close grip pull ups, heavy chin ups and 1 arm pull ups. 3 of which I do later on during the week.
