This is my first experience with Kinect, using OpenNI binaries, PrimeSense NITE 1.3 Beta SDK, Kinect PSDK 5.0 Driver and FAAST.

The game is Gladiator, known in Japan as Ougon no Jō (黄金の城 lit. "Golden Castle"), published in 1986 by Taito and emulated by a custom M.A.M.E. build.

I used to play this game a lot when I was a kid, and the controls are a perfect match for Kinect: the shield height is controlled by your left arm, and sword moves are given by your right arm. Inclining the body forwards or backwards move the character; coins are inserted moving your right hand, and moving your right hand will start the game.
