Conceived through a desire for a highly volumetric house with a small footprint, this design blends upper and lower floor volumes with double-height walls of windows — all kept within a 16'x48' footprint.
Large custom-sized, factory-mulled windows became a defining feature of this stunning single-family home. Custom sizing allowed for slim frame profiles, large areas of glass and a razor-sharp appearance encapsulated within 1,768 square feet. Achieving a design that allowed the walls to nearly disappear, this inviting home evolved from boxy to foxy.
