For many cyclists, stretching is vitally important for happy and healthy cycling. Getting it right though is fundamental to seeing any improvements or effect.
The Fustra techniques here have been devised by Topi Losonen and are being used daily by the new IAM Cycling team. He gives us a brief rundown to give you an idea of what to look at in your stretching routines.
