How To Grow Taller!

The goal of this exercises is to practice moving the body out of its unbalanced state, past the longitudinal axis towards the opposite side, until the brain is correctly reprogrammed and the body is able to sit and stand straight upright. As an exercise regime, hanging bar exercise has multiple benefits. It trains you to be tall and fit, builds endurance, and overall posture correction.

To start this exercise.
Grasp the hanging bar firmly with both hands and suspend your body weight for as long as you can.
A horizontal bar should be placed approximately 7 feet off the floor so that your body is swinging free of any support from the ground.
A wider grip on the bar increases the width of your back and shoulder.

Swing slowly left and right from the bar to extend your overall height to its fullest potential.
