so, as I have been saying I would for many months, here's another off body tutorial for you folks! It starts out with a beginner type of hand spin (one where it doesn't have to leave your grip) and then a more advanced one (the kind of hand spin where it rolls across the back of your hand.
I also have the horizontal version of the beginner type (the spin that goes around the back of the head) but I forgot about it initially, so it comes in towards the ending.
as always let me know if you have any problems or need help or feedback! i'm totally happy to help :D

also, another tip, for learning from my tutorials (at least with this video too) is that its probably easiest to just follow along with what I'm doing, particularly since the video is so long. so my hope would be that you can follow along and then at the end have a pretty good idea of how to do it/know how to do it.
oh and one more thing, don't get discouraged! its very hard to just do a single hand spin (especially at first) and make it be neat and pretty! its much much easier to learn the basics and then incorporate it into your flow because you can kind of cover your mistakes in grabbing it, etc. by continually moving into your next move.

I'm using a 3/4HDPE 33"OD hoop here
