Peter Morville talks about Cross-training for ubiquitous information architecture. Fasten your seat belt and hang on!

1. Defining Information Architecture
2. Cross-channel means we need to start cross-training
3. Enhance our value by embracing our values

For all the World Information Architecture Days to come we hope to continue to remind ourselves that together we can make business and the world work better and enhance our own value by staying true to our values.

The Information Architecture Institute (IAI) is a volunteer organization focused on empowering local communities to shape the global practice of information architecture.

Every February, we host World IA Day. It’s a free event that takes place simultaneously in dozens of cities across the globe. World IA Day is about bringing people from different communities together around a common theme to further the global conversation about how we practice and teach information architecture.
