Прямоугольная пластина закреплена сферическими шарнирами на трех стержнях. Задана скорость одной точки пластины. Составляем 12 уравнений и определяем вектор угловой скорости пластины и скорость ее центра масс. По теореме Кенига находим кинетическую энергию пластины.
The rectangular plate is fixed ball joints on three rods. The velocity of one point of the plate is given. Solving the 12 equations we find the vector of angular velocity of the plate and the velocity of its center of mass. By the Koenig theorem one can find the kinetic energy of the plate.
