Part 3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcicTr...

Damien Echols is a convicted murderer. He was convicted along with Jessie Misskelley and Jason Baldwin for the murder of 3 eight year old boys in West Memphis, Arkansas in 1993.

18 years later all three men offered to plead guilty in order to be released for time served. To stop the endless appeals that was a finacial drain and the fact the prosecution would have had an extremely tough job with 18 year old evidence, they reluctantly accepted.
A look at some of the many lies and contradictions Damien Echols has told over the years.

Despite their convictions by two seperate jury and 18 year later actually pleading guilty, the three men have a huge following of fans, no doubt aided by the influence of misinformed celebrities who have claimed the men innocent based mostly on a bias documentary that was hugely in favour of the killers.

This video shows only some of many lies that the ringleader of the group, Echols has used to fool thousands of people that have not only vocally supported him, but have donated millions to his defense fund. With one of the biggest defense funds in history they still ended up with no other option but to plead guilty.

Now the men are out amongst the public and are treated like stars. The three victims, Stevie Branch, Michael Moore and Christopher Byers have been layed to the wayside of the majorities thoughts.

That is the only injustice that has ever been a part of the West Memphis Three story.
